Reusable sponge fabric selections

This unsponge is great if you are trying to reduce your plastic waste, most sponges are made out of plastic, only last a short amount of time and cannot be recycled. 

This sponge is made out of 100% natural materials, the back is made from hessian which is great from scrubbing those stubborn stains. It is filled with an organic lightweight stuffing called “kapok”, lined with cotton and backed with a stylish cotton print. A cotton cord can be added to your sponge so it can be hung, select 'with cord' in the drop down menu. 

Care instructions - simply squeeze out the excess water from the sponge and allow it to air dry. When needed it can be put into the washing machine at 40 degrees. 

The sponge is 100% biodegradable and compostable (the thread is also cotton). Once this sponge has come to the end of its life, it can be cut up and thrown into the compost heap. 

Each sponge measures 9 cm by 12 cm. With regular use the sponge should last about 4 months. 

Please note due the nature of hessian, the fabric may vary, this does not affect the use of the sponge.
